Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks a Sr. Station Leader in Bryan, TX to manage end-to-end delivery station operations, safety, quality and customer experience on a 24/7 basis.

You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, drive lean initiatives, and coordinate with DSPs, Finance, IT and HR to meet business goals. You will hire and develop top talent, set performance expectations, and build leadership bench strength across the site while delivering metrics to senior leadership and ensuring exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading salaried, hourly and agency staff in a logistics or distribution setting.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent communication in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drive vision and lead quality initiatives, lean projects and process improvements across the DS.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and drive accountability.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and cross-functional partners; report operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Hire, develop and retain top talent; implement talent development and succession planning.
