Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing a salaried, hourly and agency workforce in logistics or distribution.
• Track record of delivering results and leading large teams.
• 6+ years in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Experience staffing, interviewing, hiring and performance management.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and large contingent workforces.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
