Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Station Leader for a Delivery Station in the United States. The role manages budget, people development, and operations, leading a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers to meet performance goals.

You will drive Lean initiatives, set clear expectations, and ensure safety, quality, and customer experience across 24/7 operations while coordinating with DSPs and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics or distribution.
• Proven track record delivering performance and financial results.
• Experience with performance metrics, lean techniques and process improvement.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle, including hiring and terminations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party resources and contingent workforce.
• Availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for delivery station operations.
• Lead station leadership team; set expectations and measure performance.
• Develop and execute talent plans including acquisition and development.
• Drive lean initiatives and process improvements across the DS.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Transport, DSPs, Finance, IT, and HR to secure resources.
• Foster engagement and share best practices across departments and shifts.
• Manage relationships with multiple DSPs and 24/7 operations.
