Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Delivery Station Operations Leader to drive safety, quality, and performance across all delivery station activities. You will lead the station team, implement lean initiatives, and ensure 24/7 operations meet business goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will manage DSP relationships, develop talent, and work with cross-functional partners to secure resources for key projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drive vision for station team and lead initiatives to meet/exceed business plans.
• Identify and close gaps between performance and goals.
• Set clear expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and measure performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery operations and relationships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
