Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive adoption of the Lakehouse platform across strategic customers. You will combine technical leadership with business acceleration, coordinating sales, field engineering, and professional services to turn high-value use cases into production workloads.

You will own the post-sale technical strategy, mentor teams, manage risks, track usage and customer health, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Ability to articulate business value and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Coordinate across consulting, PS, and engineering teams to deliver production workloads.
• Communicate status, risks, and adoption metrics to executives.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and successful go-lives.
