Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect in the United States to lead post-sales technical strategy for key customers. You will align executive stakeholders, drive adoption, and coordinate Databricks resources across products to ensure successful go-lives and sustained usage.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and Professional Services to deliver multi-workload solutions, tackle complex escalations, and articulate business value from technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects or programs in Data & AI
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to map business value to technical deliverables
• Strong program or project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
• Able to travel up to 30%
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and use cases
• Own escalation handling for production/go-live status and coordinate with Professional Services
• Coordinate with product and engineering for new previews and upgrade needs
• Develop execution plans covering onboarding, enablement, and adoption across customer workloads
• Provide KPI updates and health status to leadership
