Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of the Lakehouse platform across top customers. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and build executive relationships to drive value and governance for complex workloads.

You will engage with customers to design, implement, and optimize data and AI solutions, ensuring successful go-lives and ongoing consumption, while reporting on performance and risk to the Technical GM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects in Data and AI.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Ability to articulate business value and outcomes from technical deliverables.
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability.
• Experience leading open-ended discovery workshops and strategic roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple use cases and teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, PS, and engineering to accelerate production adoption.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, risks, and product adoption to leadership.
• Coordinate with resources to deliver PS engagements and onboarding plans.
• Navigate product and engineering to stay aligned with new innovations and upgrades.
