Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams.
• Experience guiding teams through rapid growth and ambiguity.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on credibility.
• Experience mentoring Staff-level ICs and engineers.
• Background in complex financial or regulated tech domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams and set roadmap outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal partners.
• Apply AI tools to assess feasibility and drive clarity in asks.
