Qualifications

• 5–7 years of delivery management experience within software teams in fintech or regulated environments.
• Ability to influence engineers and product managers through data and structure.
• Proven track record building or improving delivery systems to reduce carryover and improve planning quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver system operations that improve visibility across complex, dependency-heavy work.
• Influence delivery decisions by framing trade-offs with explicit implications on timeline and quality.
• Maintain SDLC fluency and manage cross-team dependencies and release risk.
• Operate Kanban/flow-based teams with a focus on predictability and throughput.
• Lead iteration-based and sprint-based operations to sustain reliable commitments.
