Job summary

interface.ai in San Francisco seeks an experienced Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the AI platform for credit unions and community banks. You will manage multi-phase deployments, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary customer contact through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software delivery for financial institutions.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase implementations with external customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable running executive status meetings.
• Familiarity with AI/conversational platforms is a plus; ability to ramp on a technically complex product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of interface.ai's AI platform for assigned credit union and community bank customers — managing complex, multi-phase implementations from signed contract through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and milestone trackers aligning with customer readiness and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout implementation and translate operational requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate across Sales Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success, plus external vendors and core banking partners.
• Identify project risks early and present clear remediation plans to stakeholders — no surprises.
• Lead recurring status meetings and executive check-ins with customer stakeholders, communicating progress and open items clearly.
• Drive customer adoption by ensuring configuration, testing, and training are completed to spec before go-live.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of implementation methodology with repeatable playbooks and better delivery quality.
