Job summary

Imprint is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams building scalable payments insights and services. You’ll mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and drive delivery with modern AI-assisted tooling.

In this growth phase, you’ll collaborate with product, compliance, and platform teams to balance speed and quality, hire top talent, and champion engineering excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership with 5+ years managing teams
• Experience guiding rapid growth, ambiguity, and tech change
• Strong engineering background with hands-on engagement or AI tooling
• Experience coaching Staff-level ICs and growing senior engineers
• Background in financial systems, distributed infra, or regulated tech environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including exec-level interactions

Responsibilities

• Define and drive team roadmaps and delivery plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, compliance, legal, and capital markets
• Apply AI tools to investigate codebases, assess feasibility and scope
• Hire, develop, and retain engineering talent; manage performance
• Own team outcomes and ship high-impact features end-to-end
