Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking a Delivery Lead/Manager to guide end-to-end FSM platform implementations for clients in utilities. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore or remote delivery models, shaping strategy, governance, and risk management to ensure project success.

The role requires 10+ years in technology consulting, strong leadership, and deep utilities domain knowledge. Travel is expected as part of project delivery; remote work is eligible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology consulting or IT delivery experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Datawarehouse.
• Experience in utilities sector, especially field ops, asset management, or customer service.
• Consulting background with client-facing program delivery.
• Strong understanding of utility operations and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated team-building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent project management skills in planning, execution, and risk management.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the FSM platform implementation, with scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
• Develop and maintain the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Establish and govern delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; escalate with recommended resolutions.
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Ensure change management and governance processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client contact for delivery matters; build trusted advisor relationships.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
• Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure transparent communication.
• Resolve escalations balancing client satisfaction with commercial/delivery constraints.
• Partner with TPM, BA, and Solution Architect to align plans; lead cross-functional teams.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across onshore/offshore or hybrid models.
• Oversee FSM platform configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the solution supports work orders, scheduling, mobile workforce, outages, asset management, and compliance.
• Coordinate integrations with GIS, OMS, ERP, CRM, IoT, and billing systems.
• Plan data migration, cutover, and hypercare support to minimize disruption.
• Uphold quality, risk, and regulatory compliance; conduct audits and lessons learned.
