Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Field Service Management solutions for utilities and energy clients. You will mentor a high-performing team, translate client requirements into architectural blueprints, and ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions in utilities/energy.
• Experience building Web-based business apps with XML/JSON/HTML5/AngularJS.
• Experience with cloud-based FSM platforms (Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM).
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience designing integrations with SOAP & REST web services.
• Experience Agile or hybrid delivery models and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement and leadership.
• Technical proficiency in FSM platforms, system integration, and data analytics.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of FSM solutions for utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints outlining integrations, data flows, and specs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and standards-compliant.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive project delivery.
• Stay current with FSM trends to inform design decisions.
