The role includes building a high-performing team, ensuring scalable and secure architectures, and driving value through strong client engagement.

Remote role with light travel, open to US-based candidates with extensive FSM and cloud integration experience. Competitive compensation and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years implementing Field Service Management in utilities/energy sectors.
• Proven leadership of FSM implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Datawarehouse.
• Experience building and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSM solution design and architecture tailored to utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints: integrations, data flows, technical specs.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with clients to translate needs into technical requirements and communicate design decisions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FSM team.
• Establish best practices for design, coding standards, and integrations.
