Job summary

Celerity is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex Field Service Management platform delivery for a utilities client. This role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring configuration, testing, and deployment are aligned with architecture standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in technical delivery, FSM platform experience, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including PMs, architects, and developers. Remote work is eligible.

Qualifications

7+ years in a Technical Analyst or similar role within enterprise software implementations.
Hands-on FSM or workforce management platform experience.
Experience in utilities sector is strongly preferred, esp. field operations and asset management.
Proven full lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, config/build, testing, deployment, hypercare.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for FSM implementations.
Translate requirements into technical specs, configuration workbooks, user stories, and design docs.
Support configuration of FSM platform (scheduling, work orders, territories, mobile workflows, dispatch).
Assist in data migration, integration design with GIS/ERP/CRM/IoT.
Develop test plans and lead SIT/UAT and regression testing cycles.
Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and training materials.
