Celerity is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a complex Field Service Management (FSM) platform implementation for a utilities client. This role translates business requirements into technical specifications, supports configuration, and ensures testing and delivery success.

Ideal candidates have hands-on FSM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across a delivery team including the Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Developers, and Product

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical/Systems Analyst or similar role within enterprise software implementations.
• Experience implementing/supporting FSM or workforce management platforms (Salesforce FSM, ServiceMax, IFS, Oracle FSC, ClickSoftware).
• Experience in utilities industry is strongly preferred, especially field operations or asset management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for FSM implementation with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, configuration workbooks, user stories, and design docs.
• Support design of solution architecture, data mapping, and integration requirements.
• Configure FSM platform (scheduling, work orders, territories, mobile workflows, dispatch).
• Partner with developers and architects to ensure builds align with designs.
• Lead/participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing; manage defects and traceability.
• Collaborate across PM, architects, and product teams; assist in workshops and training.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and runbooks; support knowledge transfer.
