Qualifications

• 10+ years in FSM implementations in utilities/energy.
• Lead complex FSM implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI.
• Develop web-based apps using XML/JSON/HTML5/Angular.
• Familiar with FSM cloud platforms: Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Click.
• Know cloud architectures: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with SOAP & REST integrations.
• Agile or hybrid delivery with backlog management.
• Strong understanding of utility operations and asset management.
• Leadership with talent development.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSM solution design tailored to utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints covering integrations and data flows.
• Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with standards.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and business analysts.
