Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal writing experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, or related B2B environments.
• Ability to translate technical and business inputs into compelling narratives.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic, compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to shape deal strategy and messaging.
• Translate technical inputs into clear, benefit-focused content.
• Drive proposal timelines and coordinate contributors for on-time submissions.
• Maintain a reusable content library and best practices for proposals.
• Ensure brand voice and executive tone across submissions.
• Improve win themes and competitive positioning over time.
• Support executive summaries, solution narratives, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to process optimization and AI-assisted content initiatives.
