Job summary

The WellDyne team seeks a Senior Proposal Writer to lead the full bid and proposal lifecycle for PBM opportunities, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and special projects.

Remote role across the United States, you will guide content strategy, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and mentor the proposal writing team to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals that support growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, or related business field.
• Eight or more years as a Senior Proposal Writer.
• 5+ years in proposal writing and project management within PBM.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee complete proposal development and submission.
• Lead daily touchpoints with proposal and content teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Improve boilerplate content to reflect WellDyne value proposition.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all bid deliverables.
• Onboard and train new team members.
