Northrop Grumman Defense Systems invites a seasoned Principal Project Manager/Sr Principal Project Manager to join the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. You will lead as CAM across the full Support Equipment scope, coordinating with IPTs and leadership to plan, execute, and deliver complex tasks within multi‑hundred‑million dollar accounts.

Qualified candidates bring DoD Secret clearance, substantial project leadership, and mastery of EVMS, CAM duties, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
• Ability to brief executive leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in EVMS and CAM responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Control Account Manager for Support Equipment scope.
• Plan, schedule and execute work, ensuring EVMS compliance.
• Coordinate between IPT, OU leadership, and business management.
• Engage stakeholders and provide status updates on planning/execution.
• Deliver high-quality results while managing multiple priority tasks.
• Present to small groups and lead cross-functional collaborations.
