Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Principal Program Control Analyst to support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. You will apply EVMS and cost performance techniques across multiple contracts within an IPT, establishing budgets, baselines, and reports.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5 years of cost/finance experience, strong EVMS and SAP skills, and US citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience in Accounting, Finance, or Program Cost Analysis, or 9 years with HS Diploma in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and/or OneIWO.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Apply EV and performance measurement baseline concepts to contracts within an IPT.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structure for budgeted cost of work and justify estimates to complete.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analyses; support budgets and baselines.
• Support development of budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, and cost/schedule integration.
• Perform financial performance analyses and provide visibility on variances.
