Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the EPASS GB Contract, located in Kettering, OH. This position involves supporting the REMIS system, which serves as the primary Air Force maintenance data system.

Responsibilities include utilizing program management principles, analyzing acquisition programs, and developing extensive reports while ensuring effective communication within the military structure.

Ideal candidates must have significant experience in program management, including DoW acquisitions, and proficiency in tools like MS Office and Jira.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience with 5 in DoW or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and oversee junior contractor personnel.
• Maintained T1 / NACI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles of program management within the Department of Defense.
• Effectively communicate providing quality documentation.
• Develop acquisition reports including statutory reports.

Skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Outlook)

Experience managing Air Force Risk Management process

Working understanding of Agile Development

Familiarity with Atlassian tools – Jira and Confluence

Education

Advanced Degree (MA / MS) in Business Administration, related discipline

BA / BS with 12 years experience in the technical discipline
