Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Program Manager, Principal to support Air Force HR Systems programs at Randolph AFB, TX. This role requires leadership over legacy and new IT programs, with emphasis on governance, acquisition, and enterprise planning for DoD systems.

Candidates should have advanced degrees and extensive DoD experience, including Agile capabilities and security clearance. Onsite work at Randolph AFB is expected with no relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

Requires Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it.
Experience in providing program oversight and developing IMS for acquisition of IT systems.
Experience with Agile software development projects and Agile tools like JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise and support for legacy sustainment and new acquisition programs.
Support HR Systems Division for enterprise planning activities.
Provide consulting and executive support to defense/government programs and personnel.
Advise on governance, policy interpretation, and acquisition strategies.
Develop risk reduction and mitigation approaches for program planning, control, and execution.
