Job summary

Torch Technologies in Kettering, OH is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the EPASS GB contract. The role focuses on Agile systems engineering, acquisition planning, and verification of Air Force software systems. The position requires a Secret clearance and ABET-accredited degree, with DoD experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities include system-level testing, documentation, and technical presentations. Relocation not indicated; standard M-F schedule; benefits listed.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in CS/IT or Engineering.
• Experience in DoD programs desirable.
• Must possess and maintain a Tier 3/Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile system engineering to the acquisition process.
• Describe and apply IT acquisition strategies, performance measures and QA for acquisition planning, cybersecurity, test/evaluation, fielding, and sustainment of LT/software systems.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to evaluate plans and improve engineering programs/processes.
• Design and perform system-level tests to verify subsystem and system performance against specifications.
• Perform program reviews to evaluate alternatives and ensure system performance.
