Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support DoD programs, including Air Force HR Systems. You will lead legacy sustainment and new acquisitions, developing schedules and providing executive insights on governance and strategy.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of program experience (5+ in DoW) or 15 years with certs, and DoWI 5000.75 knowledge. Onsite at Randolph AFB, TX; travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years program experience; 5+ in DoW or 15 with certifications.
• Knowledge of DoWI 5000.75 for software development.
• Experience managing Agile software projects.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Lead legacy sustainment and new acquisition programs.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules with interdependencies.
• Advise on acquisition strategies and governance; support DoD programs.
