Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support the EPASS GB contract in Kettering, OH. You will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule aligned with DoW standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of depot maintenance initiatives.

The role requires DoD program experience, a strong command of MS Project, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Advanced degree or equivalent DoW experience with 10+ years (5+ in DoW) or 15+ years with certifications.
Ability to translate agile roadmaps into integrated schedules.
Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with BCAT I programs.
Translate capability planning into schedule artifacts integrated with Agile timelines.
Coordinate with leads, product owners, scrum teams, and government stakeholders.
Produce IMS outputs (GANTT charts, network diagrams, critical path, risk-adjusted timelines).
Integrate Agile constructs with BCAT reporting structures and DoW governance events.
Support schedule integration across cybersecurity, testing, governance, and enterprise architecture.
Lead schedule reviews and provide updates to PMOs and oversight bodies.
Analyze schedule performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
