Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager for our Kettering, OH location to support the AFLCMC/GB contract. The role focuses on safeguarding information, personnel, and facilities, implementing security programs, and overseeing JPAS, eQIP, and related processes.

The candidate will lead policy development, coordinate with DoW stakeholders, and ensure compliance with NISPOM and WPAFB policy, while contributing to a multi-location security program.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10 years of experience including 5 in the DoW or a BA/BS with 12 years including 5 in the DoW or 15 years with relevant certifications.
• Must possess an advanced knowledge of the field and be able to oversee junior staff.
• Must have and maintain a T3/Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, standards, and training for safeguarding information, personnel, and facilities.
• Recommend and implement security policies and procedures for personnel and access to sensitive information.
• Lead and oversee DoW-related security processes and documentation, including JPAS/DISS accuracy and DD Form 254 reviews.
