Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Sales Executive to build and lead the Department of War cloud transformation initiatives, engaging with defense customers, SI partners, and solution providers to modernize enterprise and mission systems using AWS cloud services.

The role requires a US citizen with strong business and technical acumen, capable of strategizing growth across Defense and Intelligence and traveling as needed. Competitive compensation includes RSUs and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 10+ years of technology sales experience.
• Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or reporting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or above, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years working with Systems Integrators and/or technology partners supporting the DoW.

Mansioni

• Develop a growing book of business in the Department of War sales team.
• Drive business and technical relationships and close business rapidly by defining, identifying, and pursuing key opportunities.
• Establish deep business and technical relationships through knowledge of the customer’s mission and AWS partner ecosystem.
• Interact daily with strategic partners, DIB partners and emerging tech partners.
• Engage at senior military and civilian levels with both business and technical staff.
• Think strategically about mission, product and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions.
• Identify key growth strategies across Defense and Intelligence.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
