Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms.
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware used in system integrations.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting.
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance practices in enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce integration and data management workstreams by gathering requirements and documenting interface specifications.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and migrations.
• Support development and testing for integrations and data management across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with teams and clients.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training for deployment and readiness.
