Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Integration Data Management Senior Consultant to support complex Dayforce integrations and data management efforts within the Human Capital practice. You will work with client teams on interface design, data conversion, testing, and ongoing optimization across HR and payroll ecosystems.

The role requires 4+ years in HCM integrations, 2+ years with Dayforce, and strong data/API skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware used in system integrations
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance in enterprise tech environments
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client work
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document interface specifications, and assist with solution design for Dayforce integration and data management workstreams
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and migration
• Support development and testing for integrations, data exchanges, and data management across HR, payroll, and benefits systems
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with project teams and clients
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training for deployment and readiness
