Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Manager to lead Dayforce implementation and optimization across HR, payroll, and related HCM processes in a client-facing consulting environment. You will partner with stakeholders, guide design and testing, and mentor teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires deep Dayforce experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dayforce or similar HCM implementations.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them to functional design.
• Experience leading project teams for HCM tech implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, and deployment support.
• Experience with HR, payroll, time and attendance, or talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support across HR, payroll, and related HCM processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Oversee design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution for quality delivery.
• Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams.
• Contribute to growth through client relationships and proposals.
