Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Dayforce Talent Consultant to join our Human Capital practice. You will help implement and optimize Dayforce Talent modules, supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, and learning processes for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to configure solutions, document requirements, and deliver training and change management to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years experience with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, or learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancements by gathering requirements and assisting with configuration.
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and supporting materials for deployment and operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project teams and clients.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities and contribute to project planning and deliverable management.
