Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM technology solutions.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design or deployment activities.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for HCM technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM processes.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee functional design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Contribute to practice growth through solution development and client relationship management.
