Job summary

Deloitte's Human Capital practice is seeking a Dayforce Senior Consultant to lead Dayforce integration and data management initiatives across HR, payroll, and benefits ecosystems.

You will gather requirements, document interfaces, support data conversion and testing, and work with client stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness. Travel up to 50% may be required.

A strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment will thrive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms
• Experience with application programming interfaces, data import and export tools, or middleware used in system integrations
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes
• Experience with structured query language, extract transform load tools, or data transformation scripting
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance practices in enterprise technology environments
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document interface specifications, and assist with solution design.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and migration.
• Support development and testing for integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training to support deployment and operational readiness
