Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Integration Data Management Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital practice. You will work on Dayforce integrations, data management, and interface design, collaborating with clients to improve data connectivity and operational performance.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, data mapping, and testing across HR, payroll, and benefits platforms, with frequent collaboration across teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise-level HCM integrations, interfaces, or data management.
• 2+ years supporting Dayforce or similar HCM platforms.
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware used in integrations.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, or compliance practices in enterprise IT.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document interface specs, and assist with solution design for Dayforce integration and data management workstreams.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation to support data conversion and ongoing interfaces.
• Support development and testing for integrations across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with teams and clients.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training for deployment and readiness.
