Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Dayforce Manager to lead implementation, enhancement, and support across HR, payroll, and HCM processes. You will gather client requirements, translate them into functional designs, and supervise design, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Dayforce or similar HCM tech, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel 50% to client sites. Bachelor’s or higher degree and Dayforce certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for HCM technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support.
• Experience with HCM processes including HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM processes.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate into scalable functional solutions.
• Oversee design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to meet timelines.
• Support proposals, business development, and client relationship management.
