Job summary

Deloitte's Human Capital team is seeking a Dayforce Senior Consultant to support Dayforce integration and data management across HR, payroll, and benefits systems. You will gather requirements, document interface specifications, and assist with solution design, testing, and data conversion in collaboration with client teams.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of HCM integrations experience, 2+ years with Dayforce, strong API and data management skills, and the ability to travel roughly

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms.
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware used in system integrations.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting.
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance in enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document interface specifications for Dayforce integration.
• Assist with solution design, data mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and migration.
• Support development and testing of integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR and payroll systems.
• Investigate data and interface issues, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate resolutions with clients.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and client training to support deployment.
