Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar HCM platforms
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware in system integrations
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and processes
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance in enterprise tech environments
• Willingness to travel ~50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document interface specifications for Dayforce integration and data management workstreams
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and migration
• Support development and testing for integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR systems
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate resolutions with teams and clients
• Assist with project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training for deployment readiness
