Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Senior Data Specialist to support the DOJ MEGA 6 Automated Litigation Support program. The role is fully remote, requiring the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and to work effectively in a federal contracting environment.

The candidate should bring at least five years in eDiscovery roles, familiarity with LAW/IPRO/Relativity, and strong data processing and QA skills. On-site Washington DC area meetings may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
• Experience with eDiscovery roles including file processing, data conversion, QC, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight for Data Specialists performing file manipulation, loading, conversion, exports, and QA of loads and exports.
• Develops and evaluates methodologies for manipulating files for use with litigation support tools.
• Performs quality assurance of EFP services.
• Ensures incoming productions meet ESI specifications and communicates deficiencies to the EFP Manager.
• Recommends process improvements for high quality, timely, and cost-effective methods.
