Job summary

ITC Federal is seeking a Task Supervisor to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This is a fully remote, full‑time position contingent upon contract award.

You will lead discovery, pre-trial, and trial support activities, supervise staff, ensure contract quality, and coordinate with data processing teams. Applicants must be U.S. eligible, possess a bachelor’s degree, and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least one year of experience on major litigation support projects.
• Broad experience across multiple areas in litigation support.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with government office and network environments (Oracle, Relativity, Trial Director).
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Significant experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Document Management Analysts, Technicians, paralegals, and other staff to complete tasks.
• Reports to Project Supervisor/Manager; troubleshoots issues; performs quality control; coordinates with data processing staff.
