Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support the DOJ MEGA 6 Automated Litigation Support program in a fully remote capacity. The role requires a very senior technical background, strong Oracle/Unix expertise, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• This is a very senior, high-level technical position.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in related work.
• Mastery level skills designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications.
• For example, five+ years experience with large-scale Oracle apps in Unix environments.
• It is important to demonstrate a history of solving complex systems problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Contractor and Government management to solve complex litigation support requirements.
• Recommend technical solutions including applications development, maintenance, documentation, QA and user support; provide guidance to the contractor team.
• Evaluate programs for efficiency, effectiveness, quality and interoperability with client systems; assess software/hardware needs and planning.
• Translate advanced concepts into practical solutions and define requirements with feasible cost estimates.
• Present findings, recommendations and specifications in reports and oral briefings to diverse audiences.
• May perform supervisory or managerial duties as needed.
