Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support the DOJ MEGA 6 Automated Litigation Support program in a fully remote capacity. The role requires leading a technical team, defining system requirements, and delivering comprehensive solutions that meet mission needs.

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in relevant IT environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Senior level technical position with hands-on experience (usually 5+ years).
• Experience in litigation support environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Consults with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys as to system requirements and proposed technical approach.
• Determines system and project requirements and designs entire system to meet them.
• May perform full technical support on smaller projects including testing and validations.
• Directs and supervises personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Prepares system documentation and training materials; conducts user training sessions.
