Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an experienced E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support to assist the DOJ under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role provides combined legal and technical eDiscovery support to the JMD program, including FOIA requests and information production.

The role requires strong knowledge of EDRM, experience with Relativity, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Candidates should be eligible for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters.
• Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle: collection, processing, review, analytics, production.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to the DOJ JMD program.
• Support eDiscovery processes for litigation and non-litigation projects, including FOIA and Congressional requests.
• Advise legal and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production activities.
• Coordinate between legal teams and technical staff to ensure defensible processes.
• Prepare reports and metrics on eDiscovery status.
• Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technology and legal developments.
