Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an experienced Task Supervisor to support DOJ under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role guides discovery, pre-trial, and trial activities, supervising staff and coordinating with project leadership.

Candidates must obtain a Public Trust clearance and be eligible to work in the United States. The position requires strong writing and communication skills and the ability to operate in a remote, government IT environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least one year of experience on major litigation support projects.
• Broad experience across document center, coding shop, field discovery, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Government office/network environment and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Document Management Analysts, Technicians, paralegals and clerical staff to complete tasks.
• Reports to Project Supervisor/Manager on task progress and ensures contract requirements are met; coordinates with staff and data processing support.
