Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Administrator for the U.S. Department of Justice MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote role supports DOJ operations and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting.

The position emphasizes system implementation, ongoing maintenance, and collaboration with government and contractor teams to ensure secure, reliable IT resources for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on experience implementing complex systems (UNIX, Windows, storage solutions).
• Experience designing, provisioning, installing, integrating and testing systems in a government environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with large, multi-OS environments and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation and testing across ITC's DOJ obligations.
• Operate and maintain IT resources set up by the Government for automated litigation support.
• Establish systems and facilities as needed.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize system performance; manage backups; allocate disk space; advise users on applications and databases.
• Enforce system, facility and data security measures including disaster recovery.
• Administer hardware, OS, databases and other applications.
• Coordinate with COR and DOJ staff and on-site network teams.
• Supervise subordinate staff and report on progress.
• Develop system-wide tools and prepare documentation.
