Job summary

ITC Federal is seeking an E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support professional for a remote position. This role involves providing technical and legal support to the U.S. Department of Justice under the anticipated MEGA 6 program. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The ideal candidate has experience in eDiscovery processes and understands the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. ITC offers a supportive work environment and numerous benefits, including health and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience providing eDiscovery support on complex matters.
• Thorough understanding of the eDiscovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and legal eDiscovery support.
• Support FOIA and Congressional requests.
• Advise on eDiscovery processes and best practices.
• Coordinate between legal teams and technical staff.
