Job summary

Cohesity Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales engagements and help customers adopt Cohesity’s data security and management platform.

The role partners closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and support end-to-end opportunity execution across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will engage stakeholders and grow ownership of account‑level technical strategy under guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre‑sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience technologies across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud architectures.
• Working knowledge of data security concepts, including ransomware resilience, immutable storage, encryption, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Cohesity’s Data Cloud portfolio to business and technical audiences, driving new customer opportunities and expansions.
• Provide expert, tailored technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, design, demos, and proofs of concept.
