Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for Owners and Sellers to drive data-informed decision-making, experimentation, and reporting that shape product development and strategy. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI to align on objectives and deliver actionable insights.

You will lead learning agendas, multivariate tests, and self-service reporting to empower cross-functional teams and surface high-impact opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, ML or applied statistics with product analytics or experimentation.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead experimentation, business analytics, and reporting to influence product roadmap and business strategy.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI to align on key objectives.
• Define success metrics and deliver self‑service AI-enabled reporting to empower teams.
