Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for Owners and Sellers to drive data-informed decisions that optimize product development and consumer experiences. You will own experimentation, analytics, and reporting, delivering insights that influence the product roadmap.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and BI to align on business objectives, enable rapid innovation, and scale solutions with advanced analytics and consumer insights.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in CS, statistics, mathematics, OR related fields; 5+ years in data science, ML or applied statistics.
• Experience with product analytics or experimentation.
• Strong communication of analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate short- and long-term strategic goals across core product initiatives.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities; balance feature growth and optimization.
• Design learning agendas, run multivariate tests, translate findings into actionable recommendations that shape the roadmap.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality data-driven analyses.
• Champion self-service AI-enabled reporting tools for cross-functional teams to monitor performance.
• Improve tracking and data quality; lead deep-dive analyses of product performance.
• Uncover foundational consumer insights through descriptive, statistical, and predictive analytics.
