Realtor.com in Austin, TX is seeking a senior analytics partner focused on Owners and Sellers to drive data-informed decisions that optimize product development and enhance the consumer experience. You will own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting, delivering insights that shape the product roadmap and broader strategy.

Qualifications

MS/BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related field with 5 years in data science, ML or analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Amplitude and related tools.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools and building scalable data products.

Responsibilities

Lead analyses to identify product opportunities and quantify impact on development roadmaps.
Design multivariate experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Create learning agendas and self-service AI reporting to empower cross-functional teams.
Define success metrics and measure consumer behavior, segmentation, and quality acquisition.
Partner with Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing, and BI to align objectives and drive data-informed decisions.
Improve tracking, data quality, and ETL pipelines across the organization.
